I'm curious about what you think about the "NEW" black color trend going on inside and outside the homes. Some sellers and investors are painting the trim, doors and walls black. It does give it a pop, but is it to much? I haven't really received much feed back on it yet. So I'm curious on what you think about it? What would you paint black?
